Andrew West is the Director of Development and Communications for the Butler School of Music, a position he has held since September 2015. Previously, he served in the post of Senior Director of the Annual Fund and Alumni Relations at Seminary of the Southwest for four years. Andrew has also served as Development Director at Heart House/The BeHive Austin, and in a series of increasingly responsible development positions at the Long Center for the Performing Arts in its early days. Andrew has been involved with and helped to facilitate more than $55M in philanthropic support during the first decade of his career. He lives in Austin with his wife, Mandy, and their daughter Abigail. He also serves on the boards of the Wine & Food Foundation of Texas and the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Austin Chapter, both in leadership positions.
